The 2024 Festival will feature several steel guitar masters from O‘ahu and Maui. NextGen steel guitarists will also perform.
Saturday Ho‘olaule‘a
Saturday's main program will be presented at the Shops at Wailea in Wailea and hosted by Monte McComber. Featured steel guitarists include Alan Akaka, Bobby Ingano, Mālie Lyman, and Maui steel guitarists Joel Katz, Konapiliahi Lau, and Geronimo "Geri" Valdriz. NextGen steel guitarists Makamae Lyu-Napoleon and Isabella Bertelmann will also perform.

Steel Guitar Hands-On Opportunities
Festival guests will be offered hands-on opportunities to experience the steel guitar under the guidance of steel guitar experts.
The Festival Poster
The Maui Steel Guitar Festival-The Shops At Wailea poster was designed by Addison Ching features pictures of the master performers superimposed on a picture of a Asher Alan Akaka Limited Edition 8-string Hawaiian Lap Steel Guitar. Logos of major festival supporters are also included on the poster.
